Product principle:

This product uses the dual function of mechanical purification and electrostatic purification. The dirty air first enters the primary device, the purification and rectification room. Gravity and inertia purification technology is adopted. The special structure in the room can physically separate the large-particle size pollutants step by step and balance the rectification. The remaining small particle size pollutants enter the secondary device - high voltage electrostatic field, electrostatic field part of two stages, the first stage is the ionizer, the strong electric field makes the particles charged, become charged particles, these charged particles reach the second dust collector immediately adsorbed by the collection electrode. Finally, clean air is discharged outside through the screen grating.

The corona field of the ECOTE electrostatic air purifier has a potential difference between 10-15 kV, so that non-conductive gas molecules can be decomposed or electron attached into free ions. When the air flow passes through the dust-collecting electric field, the particles are charged by ion impact and move towards the collection electrode with opposite electrical properties. In other words, the first step of the collection mechanism ionizes the gas, and the second step charges the particles in the stream. The third step is to make the particles hit the collecting electrode plate and be collected.

In theory, the power required to separate a charged particle is proportional to the product of the charge carried by the particle and the strength of the collected electric field. The size of this power, in terms of the specific gravity of 1 to 1 micron particles, is 300 times the heavy gravity, which is the reason for the high efficiency and high efficiency of the E electrostatic fume purifier.
